| Euro Cori Service
repairs, cleans or modifies video equipment for broadcast TV stations,
companies providing wedding and social events video production, industry
and medical centers. We are also an authorized service center for
Panasonic CCTV products.
Equipment repairs:
- Every electronic defect is fixed on the component level, only in
specific situations the PCB replacement is economical or dictated by
manufacturers policy, in most cases it's much cheaper and faster to
replace a single IC (like DV firewire processor). Our professional
equipment allows us to replace virtually any component on any PCB. Not
every service center can handle BGA (ball grid array with hundreds of
pins) component replacement, we can do it and that makes the whole
repair much cheaper.
- Repair of defective mechanisms, including replacement of worn out or
defective parts (like pinch roller, tape loading czy drum). After
every repair the mechanism is thoroughly adjusted and tested.
- Replacement of broken or missing casing elements, both for your
convienience or essentialy needed for proper device operation.
- We will fix any bad picture problem, like improper white or black
balance, missing picture, improper focus or back-focus, etc. We
utilize only periodically inspected and calibrated test
equipment.
- We will fix any problems causing your device to display an error
code. We always remind our customers they should never ignore these
errors, even if it seems the device is functioning properly.
Equipment maintenance:
- Dust and debris removal from mechanisms and lenses. Clean mechanism
has a huge impact on your device life span.
- Periodic replacement most common parts, like cleaning head, pinch
roller or tension arm.
- Periodic replacement of electronic components like electrolytic
capacitors.
Modifications:
- Change of video signal process parameters, like AGC. These
modifications are commonly used in industrial or medical equipment.
- Modifications line to fix poorly designed devices or factory
mistakes like wrong components, missing components, components placed
in a wrong direction, bad wired components, poor mechanical design and
assembly, etc.
